We want you to absolutely love the final product! To make sure we hit the mark, every project includes up to two complimentary rounds of revisions. Whether it's adjusting a color grade, swapping a music track, or tweaking a cut, we will refine the media until it matches the agreed-upon vision.

We operate with total transparency. If we deliver exactly what was outlined in the project scope but you decide the creative style just isn't a fit, you won't be responsible for the full balance. However, because media production involves dedicated gear, travel, and extensive labor, a non-refundable fee equal to 30% of the total project invoice will be required to cover production costs. In this scenario, APTX Media will retain exclusive rights to all footage and media.

Turnaround times vary depending on the scale and type of the project. For standard real estate media, final proofs are delivered quickly within 24 to 48 business hours. Regular photo sessions typically have a standard delivery window of 5 to 10 business days, while commercial video and brand content projects are generally completed within 7 to 14 business days. For weddings and major events, the extensive editing and storytelling process requires a delivery timeline of 10 to 20 business days. If you have a tight deadline for a specific project, please let us know during the booking process so we can accommodate a rush delivery!

We proudly serve the Waco area and its immediate surrounding communities, including China Spring, McGregor, Lacy Lakeview, Hewitt, Woodway, and Robinson. Travel within this primary standard radius from the center of Waco is completely covered in your package price. For any locations sitting outside of this immediate area, a standard, transparent travel fee of $0.75 per round-trip mile will be added to the invoice to cover fuel, vehicle wear, and time on the road.
