Welcome to our website. By booking a session, purchasing a media package, or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking, Retainers, and Cancellation
Securing Dates: To officially secure a date for any service (Real Estate, Portrait, Wedding, or Event Media), a signed agreement or an inquiry confirmation must be processed.
Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor shoots will be handled case-by-case and rescheduled at the earliest mutual availability.
2. Media Packages & Session Limits
Clients agree to abide by the specific time limits and deliverables designated by their chosen package:
The Headshot Session: Limited to 15–20 minutes at our in-house location, covering 1 wardrobe look and delivering 3 fully retouched digital images.
In-Studio & On-Location Portrait Sessions: Limited to 1 hour, covering 1 wardrobe look and delivering 18+ color-graded images.
Short-Form Video Content: Limited strictly to the selected 15-second or 30-second runtimes. The Monthly Content Batch includes up to 1.5 hours of on-site shooting to produce exactly four 30-second clips.
3. Event Video Hourly Structure & Overtime Policy
Event video services are billed according to specific strict blocks of continuous time:
2-Hour Coverage: $80
4-Hour Coverage: $160
6-Hour Coverage: $300
8-Hour Coverage: $400
Overtime Protection: If an event runs late or additional on-site filming time is requested past the booked package limit, a strict minimum fee of $50 per hour will be automatically added to the final invoice. Overtime is calculated on an individual package basis.
4. Travel & On-Site Setup Fees
Mobile Studio Setup: For clients requesting the Headshot or In-Studio portrait setups to be brought directly to their location, an automatic +$50 Travel & Setup Fee applies to all locations within a 15-mile radius.
Extended Travel: Any locations beyond the standard 15-mile radius from our base location will be subject to a custom travel rate, which will be calculated and disclosed upon inquiry.
This premium fee guarantees the manual breakdown, transport, and custom installation of professional studio lighting, backgrounds, and technical gear safely on-site.
5. Production & Professional Gear
We provide all necessary top-tier camera bodies, lenses, stabilizers, professional audio capturing tools, and specialized lighting equipment to execute your project professionally.
The client is responsible for securing any necessary building permissions, permits, or venue clearances required for us to legally and safely operate our gear on location.
6. Media Turnaround & Delivery
We take pride in our post-production process to ensure every deliverable meets professional standards. Final turnaround timelines are categorized by project type below:
Fast-Track Delivery (48–72 Business Hours):
Applies to: The Headshot Session, The 15-Second Flash Reel, The 30-Second Spotlight Reel, Real Estate Photography (Standard Photos Only), and Real Estate Vertical Content.
Standard Delivery (1–2 Weeks):
Applies to: Extended Real Estate Media packages (including full horizontal cinematic tours), The In-Studio Portrait Session, The On-Location Creative Session, and The Monthly Content Batch.
Extended Production (3–5 Business Weeks):
Applies to: All Event Video Packages (2-Hour, 4-Hour, 6-Hour, and 8-Hour Coverage) and Custom Commercial Projects.
Why this takes longer: Large-scale events generate massive amounts of camera footage and specialized audio tracks. This timeline allows us to meticulously cull through hours of raw files, color grade the footage, sync multi-source professional audio, and craft a polished, cinematic story that perfectly captures the energy of your event.
Delivery Method & Download Expiration Policy
All final high-resolution digital photographs and edited video assets will be delivered via a secure WeTransfer digital download link.
3-Day Download Window: Due to data storage limits, your WeTransfer link is active and valid for exactly 3 days (72 hours) from the time it is sent. It is the client's sole responsibility to download and safely backup all files to their personal devices or hard drives within this window.
Link Resend Limit: To keep administrative and storage overhead costs low for our clients, we will send the delivery link a maximum of two (2) times total.
If a client fails to download their assets after the second link expires, an archiving recovery fee will apply to retrieve the project from cold storage and generate a third link.
We do not under any circumstances provide raw, unedited photo or video files.
Our standard and premium pricing packages cover the cost of the final, polished, and fully edited deliverables only. Raw files represent the baseline data created by thousands of dollars of professional camera bodies, specialized optics, and technical stabilization systems. To hand over the raw files themselves would require a complete buyout equivalent to the total commercial value of the high-end production gear utilized to create them. Clients receive the final, high-impact edited assets as outlined in their booked package.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Copyright: The media company retains full copyright ownership of all raw and edited photos, videos, and film elements captured.
Client Usage: Clients are granted full personal, digital marketing, and commercial distribution rights to publish, share, or print their final delivered media assets to promote themselves, their listings, or their businesses.
Portfolio Usage: Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to filming, we reserve the right to display edited highlight clips, images, or behind-the-scenes footage in our public portfolio, social media feeds, or website to showcase our journey and growth.
